If you submitted a bed adjustment, bed loft or ladder request form Thursday 8/21 or Friday 8/22 you should have received a call to come pick up your items.

Bed Adjustment requests are not available until Move-In. The Request form Opens on THURSDAY, AUGUST 21st 2025.
If you live in Balboa, Newport, Huntington, Laguna or Catalina 1st or 4th floors you can adjust the height and bunk your furniture on your own without a request. If you want to loft, you will need to wait to request materials until the form opens.
If you live in Vanguard Centre or Catalina 2nd or 3rd floors, you do have to request assistance. Please wait until the form opens.
