NEW FALL 2024 STUDENTS: Welcome Weekendwill begin Thursday, August 22, 2024. Students will receive more information regarding check-in dates/times mid-summer. For Welcome Weekend details, please visit our website

RETURNING STUDENTS: Please select your preferred check-in date no later than Monday, August 14th. Check-ins will take place Saturday, August 26th 9am-5pm and Sunday, August 27th 9am-5pm. We are unable to accommodate early arrivals for returning students outside of pre-approved groups (student leaders, frontline leaders, spring athletes, etc.)

• All early arrivers have already received their check-in communication. If you feel you should have received an early arrival approval, please email housinginfo@vanguard.edu and copy your supervisor on the email.
• If you are unable to arrive during the timeframes listed above, you may reserve a check-in date/time during the first week of school.
• All students are required to pick up their room key no later than Friday, September 1st. Failure to pick up your room key will result in an incomplete check-in fee.

FALL 2024 APPROVED EARLY ARRIVERS: You should be able to sign up for your approved early arriver date based on the email instructions you received. Please make sure the date on the page matched your approved arrival date.
